"Nice bag, just a bit tighter than I expected"
I got this bag a while back, maybe around late spring or early summer, I can’t remember exactly. It looks really nice and feels sturdy, which I like. It’s fine for a quick weekend trip, but I thought there would be a little more room inside. Once I pack shoes or an extra outfit, it starts getting tight fast. Overall, it’s not a bad bag at all, I just wish the storage space was a bit better.

"Everything I Wanted Was Gone"
It was frustrating. I showed up ready to buy a few things I had been wanting, and of course, they were all sold out. Such a letdown after making the effort to go there.

"Looks Fine, Just Smaller Than I Expected"
The bag looks nice overall, but I don’t know why, I thought it was going to be a slightly different size based on the site. It’s not a huge issue or anything, just not quite what I had in mind. I do wish the measurements had been a little clearer before I ordered.

"Easy ordering, and I use this bag nonstop :)"
I ordered a small duffel from Baboon to the Moon and the whole site was super easy to deal with. The photos showed the colors really well, checkout was quick, and I got clear shipping updates along the way. I’ve been using the bag for the gym, weekend trips, errands… basically everything :D It feels really sturdy, wipes clean without any fuss, and just fits into everyday life. No real complaints, it just works!

"Looks nice, but the zipper is questionable"
The bag definitely looks cool, and I liked it at first. But after just a few trips, the zipper started catching and now it feels kind of cheap. For the price, I expected better. It makes me wonder if they put all the effort into the look and cut corners on the parts that actually matter. Annoying...

"Solid bag, hardware holds up well"
I picked up one of their bags a few months back, the hardware has been really solid so far. The zippers don’t catch or snag, the clips feel sturdy, and nothing has chipped, bent, or started looking beat up, even after taking it on a few rough trips. The only thing I noticed was that the buckles were a little stiff at first and needed some time to loosen up... but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and I’d probably buy another one.

"Color feels a bit off"

"Pretty disorganized experience"
My order felt messy from the beginning. I kept getting emails that didn’t match up, the shipping update came way later than it should have, and when I reached out to customer service, it didn’t seem like anyone really knew what was going on. The bag itself is fine, so it’s not like the product was a total letdown, but the whole process was frustrating. It kind of gave me the impression they’re more focused on taking the order than making sure everything after that runs smoothly.

"Easy bag for quick trips"
I got the Go-Bag for shorter trips, and I’ve been happy with it so far. I like that I can sorta switch up how I carry it depending on what I’m doing, backpack straps at the airport, side handle when tossing it in the car, and the shoulder strap if I’m just moving quickly. It’s not fussy, holds what I need, and it’s definitely easier on my back than my old duffel

"I used it expecting the inside to stay…"
I used it expecting the inside to stay dry, but it ended up getting wet. Maybe it would be fine for light use or a quick drizzle, but in my situation it didn’t really hold up the way I needed it to...

"I kind of jumped on the site…"
I kind of jumped on the site just to look around, and before I knew it I was comparing bags easily. Everything was simple to figure out, which I appreciated. Checkout did lag for a second once, and I was like “uh oh,” but it loaded fine after that. Overall, no real issues and the whole thing was smooth.

"Careless handling ruined the experience"
What went wrong was the way my order was handled. It looked like nobody took any care with it at all. The packaging was beaten up, the item inside was scuffed, and it felt like it had just been tossed around without a second thought. I get that things happen during shipping, but this seemed more like careless handling than a random accident. Disappointing overall.

"Not What I Expected"
I really wanted to love this bag, but once I got it in person, the material was a letdown. It feels stiff and kind of plasticky, who wants to carry a bag that doesn’t feel comfortable? For the price, I expected it to feel a lot nicer. Maybe it’ll end up being durable, who knows? But it definitely doesn’t feel premium. It reminds me more of a cheaper gym bag than something I’d be excited to buy again. Disappointing overall...

"Good for Short Trips, but a Bit Annoying Over Time"
It fits in the overhead bin just fine, so no worries there. My only heads-up is that on longer travel days, it can start to feel a little annoying to deal with. The pockets are useful, but I wish they were easier to reach when you’re on the go. If you’re using it for shorter trips or don’t need to grab things often, it should work well.

"Looks nice, but no one seems to get how uncomfortable it is"
I really wanted to like this because it does look cool, but carrying it is a pain. The straps start digging into my shoulders after about 10 minutes of walking around. It feels like the comfort issue gets brushed off because the bag looks good, but that doesn’t help much when it actually hurts to wear

"Refund is taking longer than expected"
I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s getting frustrating. I expected the response and processing time to be a lot faster, so I’m hoping this gets sorted out soon.

"Cute bag, but not sure it’s super practical"
I do like the look of this bag—it’s fun and definitely has some personality. That said, I’m not totally convinced it’s something I’d reach for every day. It works fine for a quick trip or when I don’t need to carry much, but for work stuff or regular errands it feels a little awkward. The shape is kind of bulky, so it doesn’t really go with as many outfits or situations as I hoped. For the price, I thought I’d end up using it more.

"Nice bag, frustrating delivery"
The bag itself is fine, but the shipping experience was annoying. I kept checking the tracking and it barely updated, then it showed up later than they said it would, which kind of messed with my trip plans. Customer service did reply, but you don’t really feel helped when the answer doesn’t solve anything. For the price, I expected the delivery process to be a lot smoother.
